Job summary

NBCUniversal in Mexico is seeking an HR Coordinator to support administrative HR processes within the Mexico HR team. You will ensure accurate employee data, timely reporting, payroll input coordination, and consistent HR process execution across the employee lifecycle.

You will maintain HR systems like myHR and eDays, prepare HR reports, and collaborate with regional and global teams to drive process improvements. This hybrid role requires strong Excel skills and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, Shared Services, HRIS, or Payroll coordination.
• Experience managing HR systems and employee data.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee information across HR systems (myHR, eDays) and other HR platforms.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate HR reports with data accuracy.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, leaves, transfers, terminations).
• Prepare and validate payroll input reports and standardized payroll formats.
• Maintain HR trackers, employee records, templates, and files.
• Perform regular data quality checks and coordinate corrections across HR systems.
• Support HR Coordinator processes ensuring compliance with procedures and timelines.
• Document and maintain HR processes and SOPs for Mexico.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve HR operational processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and regional/global teams on requirements and initiatives.
• Support regional and global initiatives for consistent HR practices.
