Stripe seeks a People Operations Associate in Mexico City to process People transactions, maintain data accuracy, and support internal Stripe teams worldwide. You’ll respond to inquiries, manage employment verifications, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a reliable, compliant experience across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in People Operations, strong English and Spanish communication, and experience with high-volume transactions and case management.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, Shared Services, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with experience supporting users and partnering across teams or regions.
• Experience processing high-volume People transactions or operational requests accurately within service levels.
• Experience across core People processes: hiring, worker data changes, organizational changes, employment verification, or offboarding.
• Experience managing cases through a ticketing or case-management system; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience applying policies, SOPs, and controls while using judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Experience handling sensitive People data with discretion and following privacy/data-handling requirements.
• Familiarity with People systems; Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process People transactions accurately across the worker lifecycle, including hiring, changes, costs, teams, and locations.
• Respond to inquiries with clear, accurate information and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain data integrity through careful data entry, audits, and issue resolution.
• Support employment verification requests, candidate documentation, and background checks.
• Follow SOPs and apply sound judgment in ambiguous cases while protecting sensitive information.
• Collaborate with Specialized Operations, People Systems, and other teams to ensure a consistent experience.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements to workflows and documentation.
• Demonstrate AI fluency by using approved AI/automation tools, while verifying outputs and protecting data.
