Stripe in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Associate for Product Support Operations. You will troubleshoot external user issues and communicate solutions in English, while analyzing workflows to scale operations and improve user experience.

You’ll collaborate with multiple Stripe teams to refine product messaging and drive improvements across thousands of customer interactions. This role offers hands-on learning and a path to help shape a new operating culture for Stripe in CDMX.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Business proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience in customer service or internal/external user facing operations.
• Organized, self-starter with passion for finding solutions to user's challenges.
• Process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done.
• Willingness to work in an in-office environment with cross team collaboration.
• Able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Willing to periodically work a weekend day for which a weekday off is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and solve external user issues
