Stripe’s Mexico City office seeks an Operations Associate for Managed Support, including weekend rotations, to handle external user issues and drive process improvements. You will join a newly launched Stripe Delivery Centers team focused on designing and growing global operations for the next decade.

Ideal candidates bring a user-first mindset, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills, with experience in customer service or internal user-facing operations.
