Stripe in Mexico City seeks a seasoned People Operations Team Lead to translate global strategies into a robust local operating model. You will lead and develop a small People Support team, set expectations, coach, and ensure quality that aligns with Stripe’s standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing queue health, SLAs, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration with People, People Systems, and other specialists.

Formación

• 6-8 years in People operations or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience establishing or developing a new team or operating model.
• Experience with People systems and case-management tools such as Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the newly formed People Support team in CDMX.
• Translate global Core Ops strategy into an effective local operating model and coach the team.
• Manage daily operations, including queue health, service levels, and escalations.
• Collaborate with People systems and specialist teams to implement initiatives locally.
• Identify opportunities to expand the CDMX team’s capabilities and quality of service.
