Axiom is seeking an HR Data Analyst in Guadalajara, Campus, to transform HR data into actionable insights and deliver scalable analytics solutions. You will bridge HR stakeholders and technical teams, guiding analysts and engineers while ensuring high-quality reporting.

Daily work includes translating requirements into dashboards with Tableau and SSRS, validating data models and ETL, supporting workforce planning, headcount, and organizational effectiveness, and mentoring junior staff in

Formación

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Data Analytics or Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or related roles.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and advanced SQL development.
• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau.
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS and cloud analytics (AWS).
• Advanced English; strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business and HR requirements into analytics solutions and deliverables.
• Coordinate analysts, developers, and data engineers supporting reporting initiatives.
• Review/validate data models, SQL queries, ETL processes, and dashboard outputs.
• Partner with HR/bus stakeholders to prioritize workforce insights and planning.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Tableau and SSRS.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems.
• Support modern analytics using cloud technologies and mentoring junior staff.
