Axiom is hiring a Junior IT Business Systems Analyst based at the Guadalajara North campus. You will explore complex business problems and implement automated, customized, and standardized IT systems and processes to increase efficiency, while designing the framework, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with stakeholders.

You’ll develop onboarding, adoption, and training plans, build communications templates, and identify growth opportunities to ensure optimal IT service adoption and user

Qualifications

• Database knowledge.
• Experience solving complex issues requiring data analysis.
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• SQL.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
• Experience with Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT applications and propose new tools for such purposes.
• Provide physical and technical support for the main elements of the IT services.
• Develop onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
• Build out communications templates.
• Come up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
• Understand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.
• Educate and provide ongoing support whether it by email, phone, live chat or in-person.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
• Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI’s.
• Become a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users.
• Develop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> nurturing growth -> retention

Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst Jr. will be based in Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the Business Systems Analyst.

In this role, you’ll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient. You’ll also be designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.

• Previous experience in similar positions.
