Job summary

Jsheldllc seeks a Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead to advance people analytics, HR compliance, data governance, and HR tech strategy. Based in Mexico, you’ll support a global HR organization, translating needs into scalable data, governance, and system design across platforms.

You will collaborate with HR Leaders, Legal, IT, and vendors; align with EST business hours; drive end-to-end solutions, and ensure governance and reporting excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR operations, analytics, or governance experience.
• Strong HR technology and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to define system requirements and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Define KPIs with leaders to support strategic objectives.
• Build and validate Power BI dashboards and enable enterprise adoption.
• Ensure HR compliance across global locations and audit readiness.
• Establish data governance, privacy, and control practices.
• Lead HR technology strategy and solution design across platforms.
