Axiom is seeking an HR Business Partner in Guadalajara, reporting to the Director, Site HR. You will partner with leaders to deliver people programs, analytics, and driving people initiatives on-site.

You will analyze HR data, support budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with global teams to optimize efficiency. Advanced English and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with strong organizational and communication skills. On-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and present HR information related to business, production, and HR operations.
• Suggest and discuss alternative HR methods for daily operations and market opportunities.
• Cooperate with top management on establishing HR quality policies, procedures, and goals.
• Review reports with department heads and assist in budgeting for services and programs.
• Coordinate global projects, define policies, and assign responsibilities to achieve objectives.
• Interface with customers on improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer audits and regulatory/compliance audits.
• Support HR data analytics and headcount/cost/benefit analyses.
