Job summary

Axiom is seeking an HR Data Analyst in Guadalajara, Campus, to transform HR data into actionable insights and deliver scalable analytics solutions. You will bridge HR stakeholders and technical teams, guiding analysts and engineers while ensuring high-quality reporting.

Daily work includes translating requirements into dashboards with Tableau and SSRS, validating data models and ETL, supporting workforce planning, headcount, and organizational effectiveness, and mentoring junior staff in

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Data Analytics or Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or related roles.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and advanced SQL development.
• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau.
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS and cloud analytics (AWS).
• Advanced English; strong stakeholder management and communication.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Data Analyst located in Guadalajara, Campus. Reporting to the HR Generalist the HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming business and HR data into actionable insights while leading and coordinating technical resources to deliver scalable and reliable analytics solutions. This role serves as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making through high-quality analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

Translate business and HR requirements into analytics solutions and technical deliverables. Coordinate and guide analysts, developers, and data engineers supporting reporting and analytics initiatives. Review and validate data models, SQL queries, ETL processes, and dashboard outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to prioritize requests related to organizational effectiveness, headcount, workforce planning, productivity, and talent insights. Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and SSRS. Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across enterprise systems, data warehouses, and HR platforms. Support automation and optimization of reporting processes and analytics workflows. Collaborate on the design and implementation of modern analytics solutions leveraging cloud technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers. Support the development of long-term analytics strategies while balancing business priorities and operational needs.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

BA/BS in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering o similar. Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related data-focused roles. Strong experience with SQL Server and advanced SQL development. Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau. Experience with SSIS and SSRS. Exposure to AWS analytics services. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for reporting customization. Experience working with large enterprise systems and data integration processes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Advanced English level.
