Job summary

Flex is seeking an HR Data Analyst in Guadalajara Campus to transform workforce data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, automate reporting, and support HR data governance while partnering with HR leaders.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and strong Power BI, SQL, and Excel skills, plus experience with HRIS and Workday data. This role offers a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment focused on data‑driven HR decisions.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, BI, or HR Reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
Experience with SQL and data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience with HR data, HR metrics, and HRIS systems.
Automation tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, Python, Power Query are a plus.
Advanced Excel skills expected.
Intermediate-advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple systems.
Create recurring and ad hoc reports on headcount, turnover, retention, and trends.
Perform data analysis to identify patterns and provide HR leadership with recommendations.
Design data governance and master data management for HR data.
Support HRIS data management and HR data reporting.
Pull data from Workday and other systems to support decision making.
