Based in Mexico, this on-site role requires advanced English, strong analytics, and expertise in HR processes. You’ll manage data, audits, and cross‑functional initiatives to sustain growth and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data and present information on headcount and costs.
• Collaborate with senior management to set HR policies and budgets.
• Coordinate global HR projects and ensure procedural compliance.
• Support customer audits and regulatory audits.
• Provide data analytics and reporting through HR Shared Services.
• Engage with customers to drive HR process improvements.
