FLF, a growing Personal Injury Law Firm, seeks a Workforce Analytics Manager to transform workforce data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Guadalajara, México-based role emphasizes analytics, BI, and forecasting to optimize staffing and performance.

You will design executive dashboards, analyze workforce trends, and partner with leaders to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced experience developing executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain workforce dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Analyze workforce utilization, productivity, staffing capacity, attendance, and operational performance.
• Transform complex workforce data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop scorecards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with clear operational visibility.
