Flex is seeking an HR Data Analyst in Guadalajara to consolidate, analyze, and report on workforce data from multiple sources. You’ll develop executive dashboards, automate reporting, and provide insights to HR leadership on headcount, attrition, retention, and workforce planning.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations, using Power BI, SQL, Python, and related tools to deliver actionable analytics, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decisions.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, BI, or HR Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with HR data, HR metrics, and HRIS systems.
• Automation tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, Python, Power Query is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Power BI.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple systems.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports on headcount, turnover, retention, and hiring.
• Provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership based on data patterns.
• Design data governance practices and master data management for HR data.
• Support HRIS data management and workforce reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership to translate needs into analytics.
• Develop and automate reports using Power Automate, SQL, Power BI, Copilot, Python.
• Pull and analyze data from Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership.
