Million Dollar Sellers seeks a Partnerships Associate to own the full partner lifecycle—from identifying partners to closing agreements and delivering ongoing value. You will balance outbound outreach with rigorous operations: onboarding, contract management, the partner database, newsletters, affiliate programs, and performance reporting.

This role blends sales and operations in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or coordination-heavy roles managing multiple streams independently.
• Ability to own both outreach/sales and delivery/operations in a single role.
• Strong written communication for outreach, onboarding, newsletters, and follow-ups.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, SignNow).
• Comfort using AI tools to synthesize content and surface insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential partners that align with MDS member needs and build an outbound pipeline.
• Lead outreach from first contact to signed agreement, including sponsorships and event partnerships.
• Own partner onboarding, contract management, and updates to the partner database and app.
• Manage affiliate partnerships, tracking links, commissions, and promotional activity.
• Create and track partner deliverables for events, campaigns, and annual partnerships.
• Maintain and update the partner database, MDSONLY offers, and partner perks.
• Send the weekly Partners Newsletter and manage the Partners Events Calendar.
• Produce community insights summaries and KPI tracking for partners.
