Atomic Hr is assisting a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX to build a growth engine without paid ads. You will own the campaign machinery, direct Claude Code to connect APIs, and collaborate with sales, field, and partnerships.

You report to the two founders, in a hands-on role with no direct reports. Grow a trade and partnership outbound engine, arm the field team with lists, and own the channels open in this regulated context, including search, lifecycle email, and referral

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in marketing with data and outbound processes.
• Experience directing Claude Code (or equivalent) on live work.
• Comfort with SQL or data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine—define segments, enrich lists, verify contacts, write sequences, and know when to go manual.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-up sequences.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, retention, referrals, and AI-assisted content creation.
