Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact to schedule appointments with potential candidates.
• Pre-screen candidates for availability, salary expectations and eligibility.
• Use sales techniques to highlight the company’s value.
• Maintain ongoing engagement via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Record daily appointment quotas in the ATS.
