Confie Tijuana is seeking a Sales Representative to handle inbound auto insurance inquiries and warm transfers in a fast-paced, on-site role. The position requires 1 year of sales experience, strong English skills (B2+), and basic computer knowledge, with a monthly gross salary of 25,000 MXN.

In this program, agents support auto insurance qualification through inbound customer interactions and warm transfers, helping connect customers with the right insurance solutions while delivering excellent service.
