Confie is seeking a Talent Acquisition Interviewer to conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, assess English proficiency, and support hiring objectives. You will analyze applications, verify qualifications, and maintain candidate records.

The role requires experience in Talent Acquisition, ability to work with ATS tools, and a proactive, process-oriented mindset to uphold our brand during recruitment across operative roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (Desirable).
• Experience with ATS tools.
• Intermediate-Advanced English level.
• HR experience relevant to Talent Acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-person and remote interviews, building the brand value.
• Perform English level assessments using framework.
• Ensure compliance with hiring requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate internal transfers where applicable.
• Analyze applications to select qualified personnel.
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills and experience.
• Maintain applicant tracking reports and candidate flow.
