Job summary

Amalga Group seeks an Outbound Lead Re-engagement Specialist (SDR) to reactivate inactive or cold leads across US commercial markets. You will run structured outbound cadences, conduct qualification conversations, and advance opportunities into the sales pipeline.

You will manage high-volume outbound calling, log dispositions in Salesforce, and strive to exceed daily targets while collaborating with the team. This on-site Monterrey role offers base salary + performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Experience as SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Native or advanced English (C1/C2) for calls and written communication.
• Experience with Salesforce and cloud phone platforms.
• On-site availability in Monterrey, NL.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns using RingCentral or similar.
• Run structured multi-touch email cadences to maximize contact rates.
• Log dispositions and update contact fields in Salesforce.
• Conduct discovery and qualification following sales playbooks.
• Meet or exceed daily outreach, qualification, and re-engagement targets.
