Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 1 year customer interaction experience.
• Experience with SAP or Vista and strong computer skills.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer, order and item information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain daily order schedule; remove holds and report progress.
• Identify variances and ensure correct data entry for orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve pricing/quoting issues.
• Enter shipment/notification requirements; apply sales rates; review orders.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and participate in training.
