Eaton Corporation in Tijuana, Mexico is seeking a Jr Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support, manage orders, and coordinate with Planning and Shipping to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication with customers, and generating reports on orders and sales. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in manufacturing customer service, with English proficiency and good Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in admin/ business/ logistics or related.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional English communication; strong written and verbal skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on daily production lines to ensure timely shipment from the plant.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, Shipping, and the Customer to coordinate daily shipments.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, pricing, and related matters through phone calls and email communication.
• Generate and maintain reports on open orders, sales, and other reports as required.
• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
• Process customer requests such as return orders, credit memos, and debit memos.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor and Management.
