Signify, based in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Customer Satisfaction Assistant to manage order processing and support internal and external customers, ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders.

You will monitor client portfolios, track imported materials, and coordinate with logistics to maintain high satisfaction and smooth post-sales service. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in order processing and customer service.
• ERP-based order processing familiarity.
• Basic knowledge of importing and logistics.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and support to internal and external clients, identifying needs and providing timely solutions.
• Monitor and manage the assigned client portfolio, maintaining communication for high satisfaction.
• Enter and manage purchase orders in the system, verify information and comply with processes.
• Track imported materials, coordinate with departments to ensure availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor backorder portfolio, provide updates on order status and delays to customers.
• Follow up on after-sales activities, address inquiries and strengthen business relationships.
