Bosch México is hiring for a Customer Service role in Monterrey, Mexico. You will process customer orders accurately and provide timely updates while coordinating with sales and supply chain to resolve issues.

Ensuring order status monitoring and prompt resolution of complaints is essential. Fluency in English and strong communication are required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and accurately process customer orders through relevant systems.
• Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers regarding their orders.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor order status and manage pending orders effectively.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
