Clear Destination Inc. in Mexico seeks a detail-oriented professional to support sales and customer service activities. You will manage orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires English fluency, two years of college/technical school, and experience with ERP/CRM systems, Word and Excel on IBM-compatible PCs. You will handle invoicing and reporting while maintaining accurate records.

Formación

• Two-year education from college or technical school or equivalent.
• Proficiency on an IBM-compatible PC using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP and CRM online computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Engages with customers concerning new and existing purchase orders or quotes, documenting changes.
• Prepares customer product expectation/price quotations. Enters and acknowledges customer orders. Maintains due dates.
• Coordinates product shipments with internal departments including scheduling, production, warehouse, and finance.
• Documents and resolves customer issues and complaints regarding order status, warranties, credits, freight claims, and invoices.
• Maintains quality standards and standard operating procedures in document control files.
• Stays abreast of customer orders and related information to ensure timely production and shipment.
• Obtains product knowledge to address customer needs and promotes sales of services.
• Issues invoices and credits aligned with finance; applies to customer portals as required.
• Manages orders within customer portals; may accept or reject orders.
• Engages with accounts payable to resolve past-due invoices.
• Processes commercial invoices and customs documentation for international shipments.
• Creates reports and correspondence for customer and department use; performs clerical duties.
