PHINIA in Mexico is seeking a Customer Order Specialist to ensure accurate order processing and serve as the main contact for customers regarding order status and delivery. You will coordinate with Production Control, expedite shipments, update orders, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely information flow and issue resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience, plus proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems to support

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• One year or more of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• English Level: Proficient.

Responsabilidades

• Receive customer information and update orders accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with delivery policies.
• Communicate customer requirements to the Production Control department on the customer's behalf.
• Request the timely shipment of available finished goods inventory.
• Provide customers with timely feedback regarding the status of their orders.
• Enter, cancel, and expedite orders.
• Act as the company's official representative in maintaining effective communication and a positive working relationship with all customers, continuously striving to improve those relationships.
• Keep Management informed of existing or potential issues that could prevent the timely delivery of customer orders.
• Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.
