Intugo Mexico is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist – Order Management to support creation and management of customer service orders. You will ensure orders are accurate, coordinate with internal teams, and assist the sales process through efficient order management.

The role requires English proficiency and 2–5 years of experience in sales support or customer operations within a service industry. Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency are valued.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Create accurate and detailed service orders based on completed work.
• Review customer requirements to ensure information is complete.
• Coordinate with internal departments to assign assets to the Inside Sales Representative.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to gather information for order creation.
• Identify opportunities to improve order creation processes and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation.
