Stripe Delivery Center in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Operations Associate to troubleshoot external user issues and drive process improvements. You will analyze workflows, collaborate with product teams, and learn Stripe’s operations from the ground up to scale our services for thousands of businesses.

You will join a mission-driven team focused on delivering exceptional support experiences, building a new operating culture, and partnering with global operations to run critical workflows.
