Stripe’s Mexico City office is looking for a proactive operations-minded graduate to join an emerging team across Risk, Product Support, and Financial Crimes. You’ll troubleshoot, analyze processes, and collaborate with global teams to improve user experience and scale operations.

You will be part of a mission-driven culture, with in-office expectations and opportunities to learn from diverse teams while contributing to Stripe’s growth and the global GDP of the internet.

Formación

• Recent graduate with less than 12 months of full-time experience or a 2025/2026 graduate with full-time availability.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys solving difficult problems.
• Interest in learning technical products and processes, organized and self-starting.

Responsabilidades

• Join an operations team across Risk, Product Support, and Financial Crimes.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex problems to improve processes.
• Analyze workflows and propose changes to scale operations and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Stripe teams globally to learn and optimize.
• Gain insights into how thousands of Stripe customers scale their businesses.
• Contribute to building a new team and operational culture at Stripe.
