Stripe's Mexico City office is a vibrant hub at the forefront of our mission to reshape the financial landscape for businesses worldwide. As part of the team, you will troubleshoot and solve external user issues, communicate resolutions to end users in English, and analyze our processes to help scale operations and improve user experience.

You will work closely with other Stripe teams to improve product offerings and messaging around new features, gain insights from how thousands of businesses

Formación

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical thinker comfortable solving complex problems.
• Experience in customer support or user-facing operations is a plus.
• Interest in learning technical products and processes, with a proactive, organized mindset.
