Stripe’s Mexico City team seeks a customer support operations specialist to troubleshoot external user issues and drive process improvements. You’ll analyze workflows to scale operations, collaborate with product teams, and learn how Stripe supports thousands of businesses globally.

You’ll join a mission-driven, in-office team focused on crafting exceptional user experiences while contributing to a new operational culture at Stripe’s Mexico City hub.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or operations with external users.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve external user issues.
