Stripe’s Mexico City team is expanding a new global Delivery Center to design, implement, and scale operations for the next decade. We’re seeking dynamic, curious people who enjoy solving global user issues, building processes, and taking a front-line role in establishing a new operational capability.

You’ll work with global partners and other Stripe teams to improve products, processes, and user experiences while learning the ins and outs of Stripe’s scale and culture in a fast-paced

Formación

Must have a user-first mindset and enjoy solving difficult problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

Troubleshoot and solve external user issues.
Analyze processes and initiate changes to scale operations.
Collaborate with other Stripe teams to improve offerings and messaging.
Gain insights into how thousands of Stripe customers scale and operate.
Learn Stripe operations from the ground up and make a real impact.
Be part of building a brand new operational culture for Stripe.
Partner with global operations specialists to run critical workflows.
