Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Storage Sales Specialist to hunt, develop, and win new business for the Storage portfolio in Mexico and across Latin America.

This onsite role requires a proven track record in enterprise storage, a consultative selling approach, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will build pipelines, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, and collaborate with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 5–8 years of sales experience in enterprise storage or IT infrastructure.
• Proven success in hunting accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling complex solutions through consultative and outcome-based approaches.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new storage opportunities within hunting accounts.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned with account and territory strategies.
• Create account penetration and pursuit plans with account managers, presales teams, and channel partners.
• Establish consultative relationships with technical, business, and C-level stakeholders.
• Translate storage capabilities into clear business value and measurable customer outcomes.
• Lead opportunities through the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Coordinate presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and POCs with technical teams.
• Position HPE effectively against established and emerging storage competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop tailored solutions and winning strategies.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting using HPE-approved CRM tools.
• Continuously develop knowledge of storage, cloud, data protection, virtualization, AI, and related technologies.
