Responsabilidades

• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Navigate EMRs.
• Verify insurance benefits (VOB).
• Support prescription refill workflows.

Conocimientos

Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital

Familiarity with medical terminology

Proficient in English (B2 or higher)

Proficient in Spanish

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
