• 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles.
• Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management and policy enforcement.
• Strong troubleshooting with remote desktop tools and network protocols.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and hardware diagnostics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
• Deploy OS updates and software packages across devices.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve and escalate issues.
• Perform routine system audits and ensure security.
• Provide end-user training and technical documentation.
• Maintain and manage IT support tickets.
