Samsara is hiring an Onsite IT Specialist to join our Mexico City office. You will troubleshoot and resolve user technology issues as part of the BizTech Helpdesk, ensuring staff stay online and productive. The role is in-office, requiring 5 days per week in Mexico City.

Requirements include a technical degree or 4+ years in IT, 2+ years help desk experience, 1+ year onsite work, basic networking, and strong English skills. Knowledge of Apple products and SaaS tools is a plus.

Formación

• College degree in a technical program or 4 years relevant job experience.
• Minimum 2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Minimum 1 year of onsite IT experience supporting employees.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical issues for users in the Mexico City office and remotely as needed.
• Manage a ticket queue and seek workflow improvements.
• Handle onboarding hardware provisioning and system access for new hires.
