NSC Global is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing team in Mexico. You will provide on-site and remote technical service, installation, configuration and problem resolution for Apple/Mac OS environments and corporate networks.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, supporting executive and financial level users, maintaining tickets, and coordinating with third-party vendors to minimize downtime.

Formación

• Must be able to provide desk side support for computer and printer hardware and macOS issues.
• Proficient with personal computer tools for word processing, decision support and communication.
• Skilled in problem solving and supporting financial customers.
• Proficient in Networking, VPN, Wireless, customer service, ticketing systems and multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Provides on-site and remote technical service support, installation, configuration and problem resolution in Apple/Mac OS and network environments.
• Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment and serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures.
• Determines most cost effective repair resolution to minimize customer downtime.
• Act as primary provider of technical support to desktop and laptop users for hardware, Apple/Mac OS, and application issues to Executive/Financial level customers.
• Monitors and updates help desk incident tickets; documents solutions and ensures SLA compliance.
• Coordinates with customers from ticket assignment to resolution and informs on progress.
• Evaluates current processes and suggests improvements in support delivery.
• Coordinates support and repair activities with select third party vendors.
