Job summary

IFF is seeking an on-site IT Support professional based in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, to deliver exceptional end-user technology services across the local site and collaborate with global teams. The role emphasizes customer service, incident handling, asset management, and project participation to improve workplace technology.

The candidate will support devices and networks, ensure compliance, and work with regional IT leaders on deployments and upgrades. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT service operations and end-user technology support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Experience supporting workstations, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Experience communicating effectively in English with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and hands-on IT support for infrastructure, applications, incidents, service requests, and approved changes.
• Serve as the primary local IT contact, ensuring timely and effective support while balancing customer satisfaction and operations.
• Collaborate with Global Service Desk, Desktop Support, Remote Desktop Support, and Regional IT leadership to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support IT projects, deployments, upgrades, and rollouts at local and regional levels.
• Monitor workstation compliance and ensure devices meet corporate standards with minimal defects.
• Assist site IT activities including audits, budgets, vendor coordination, contracts, asset management, and operations.
• Provide remote support for other locations and occasional travel as required.
