Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks an on-site IT Support professional in Mexico City. You will provide hands-on end-user support for infrastructure, applications, incidents and service requests, while partnering with the Global Service Desk to ensure timely, quality solutions.

You will manage workstation compliance, assist with IT projects, asset lifecycle, budgets and vendor coordination, and travel occasionally to other sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT service support to end users.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support for infrastructure, applications, incidents and service requests.
• Serve as local IT contact and coordinate with Global Service Desk.
• Participate in IT projects, deployments, upgrades and rollouts.
• Monitor workstation compliance and assist with audits and asset management.
• Support budgets, vendor coordination and occasional travel to other sites.
