Eaton seeks an Infrastructure Supervisor to lead a site IT support team in Querétaro, overseeing operations, escalations, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with global product teams and manage site IT service delivery in a working manager role.

The role requires hands-on participation in server rooms, OT/IT integration, and security systems, with a strong focus on Lean daily management and ITIL-aligned processes. English fluency and IT experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT from an accredited institution.
• Advanced English skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT service delivery experience.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which may be subject to the ITAR.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
• ITIL foundations certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Support site IT systems and oversee the PC lifecycle within the Zone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve large IT issues, coordinating with other IT teams.
• Provide hands-on server room support and maintain safety protocols.
• Support Lenel access control, video surveillance, and physical security technologies.
• Assist with LAN/WAN/OT network troubleshooting and security operations.
• Handle on-site cellular infrastructure and mobile device support.
• Assess readiness of new OT tech for Industry 4.0 implementations.
