Efficio is expanding its Mexico City Office and seeks an experienced IT professional to provide local and remote IT support, deploy and maintain assets, and uphold security across our regional network. You will work with modern tools in a dynamic procurement and supply chain consultancy environment.

The role covers infrastructure ownership, incident response, SLA adherence, and onboarding/offboarding of staff, with opportunities to lead internal tech projects and collaborate with global teams.

Formación

• Provide local and remote IT support to users as required.
• Maintain policies, standards, and procedures and suggest changes where needed.
• Maintain Asset Register/Catalogue with current information.
• Work in line with agreed standards and processes for the role.
• Develop and improve processes relevant to the role.
• Ensure work is carried out in line with agreed SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with suppliers to support regional IT infrastructure.
• Own key infrastructure including cloud services and core network.
• Diagnose networking issues on office network or user devices.
• Respond to major incidents and escalated IT issues.
• Lead internal IT projects from inception to delivery.
• Ensure data and network access security is maintained.
