Job summary

IFF is seeking an IT support professional to deliver exceptional service for end-user technology, infrastructure, and applications. The role is on-site at Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, working with a global team to support IT projects and ensure asset compliance across locations.

You will act as the local IT contact, collaborate with regional teams, and drive improvements to technology delivery and user productivity in a manufacturing/corporate multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT service and end-user support.
• Familiar with ITIL and service management frameworks.
• Experience with workstations, devices, networks and LAN environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication in English.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and hands-on IT support for infrastructure and applications.
• Serve as the local IT contact ensuring timely and effective support.
• Collaborate with Global Service Desk and regional IT teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in global, regional, and local IT projects including deployments and rollouts.
• Monitor workstation compliance to corporate standards and manage assets.
• Support site-related IT activities including audits, budgets, vendor coordination, and contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance workplace technology and service delivery.
• Manage lifecycle of end-user tech assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance and retirement.
• Provide remote or occasional travel support to additional office locations.
