Uber Freight is seeking a Customer Support Specialist II to support end-to-end freight shipment execution from our Mexico City operations. You will ensure on-time performance, update systems accurately, and maintain strong communication with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, dispatch, tracking, customs documentation, and proactive status reporting, while aiding continuous improvement initiatives and training new team members.

Formación

• Manage daily activities related to booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery confirmation for both import and export shipments.
• Ensure all shipment details and references are entered accurately and on time in the Uber Freight system.
• Coordinate customs documentation, transfers for cross-border shipments, and warehouse scheduling.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, or any service issues.
• Send proactive status reports and respond to customer needs such as documentation, rate requests, or capacity issues.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end execution of freight shipments to ensure on-time performance.
• Maintain accurate system updates and effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve service issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and support interns or new team members on daily execution tasks and best practices.
• Review weekly reports and contribute to weekly operational highlights.
