Uber Freight in Monterrey, NL is seeking a Customer Support Specialist II for a 4x4 second shift, onsite role. You will support U.S. and Canada operations with data entry, scheduling, and resolving delivery issues, while engaging with carriers and customers in English.

The role requires advanced English and 2+ years of customer interaction, or a bachelor’s degree with related experience. Schedule includes ten-hour days with four days on, four off, and weekend rotation.

Formación

• Advanced English, verbal and written.
• 2 years of experience with customer interaction - or - bachelor’s degree and one year of experience with customer interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Solve problems: quickly review available information, determine what is needed, and decide on a resolution.
• Call first: contact facilities and carriers to resolve escalations quickly.
• Show empathy and understanding: appreciate carrier and customer perspectives and treat them with dignity and respect.
• Provide timely updates to carriers/customers on escalations while maintaining communications with all stakeholders.
• Prioritize: decide which issues to resolve next based on urgency.
• Evolve: adapt within a team that continually changes.
• Share ideas and feedback to improve carrier, facility, and customer experience with systems and processes.
