Uber Freight seeks a Customer Support Specialist II to support end-to-end freight shipments, ensuring on-time performance and accurate system updates. You will maintain proactive communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams, resolve service issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Region of impact: North America. This role requires strong English communication and collaboration with US-based operations. Some shifts are on-site with opportunities for remote work.

Formación

• Manage daily activities related to booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery confirmation for both import and export shipments.
• Ensure all shipment details and references are entered accurately and on time in Uber Freight systems.
• Coordinate customs documentation, transfers for cross-border shipments, and warehouse scheduling.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, or any service issues.
• Send proactive status reports and respond to customer needs such as documentation, rate requests, or capacity issues.
• Ensure that the Uber Freight system reflects accurate and up-to-date information for all active shipments.
• Train and support interns or new team members on daily execution tasks and best practices.
• Review weekly reports such as the High/Low Net Revenue and contribute to weekly operational highlights.
