A leading pharmaceutical company in Mexico is seeking an FP&A Business Partner for Oncology to act as a financial advisor and partner. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to ensure effective decision-making within the Oncology business unit. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, along with strong financial modeling and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process for the Oncology portfolio.
• Support scenario analysis and re-forecasting as business conditions evolve.
• Act as the trusted financial advisor to Oncology leadership.
