Stripe's Mexico City team is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through their setup with Stripe. You will address technical questions, run workshops, and help customers achieve a successful integration with Stripe across API-driven projects.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding, maintain thorough records, and continuously improve onboarding processes for rapid, reliable deployments.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• 2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of APIs and SaaS solutions.
• Comfortable explaining Stripe features and API architecture to users.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively provide technical guidance to users during their onboarding with Stripe.
• Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kickoff calls.
• Provide light touch project management for ongoing Stripe implementations and address delays.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions for a smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain records of user interactions.
