Stripe’s Mexico City office seeks a seasoned leader to recruit, manage, and develop a group of Operations Associates focused on user support for top startup accounts. You will cultivate happiness within the team, coach and mentor members, and drive goal-setting with measurable metrics to guide performance.

You will partner across teams, instill Stripe’s values, and relentlessly pursue operational excellence to deliver a best-in-class user experience for customers globally.

Formación

• 5+ years experience leading operations support teams
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience delivering weekly/monthly business metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to partner with internal stakeholders
• Background in identifying and remediating quality gaps
• Passion for process improvement and innovation

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a new team of in-office Operations Associates
• Drive strong operational delivery and process improvement
• Identify gaps in current systems, policies and strategies, and recommend enhancements
• Build a great culture and ensure team members are happy, effective, and growing
• Set clear goals and direction, and provide regular feedback on performance
• Be data-driven in analysis and decision making
• Transmit and foster Stripe’s values and culture of transparency, empathy, inclusion, and empowerment
