Formación

• Advanced English proficiency, fluent in written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies or similar environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs and SaaS solutions.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts and Stripe features to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance during onboarding journeys.
• Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kickoff calls.
• Offer light project management for ongoing Stripe implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose timely solutions.
