TP is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging process from day one. You will coordinate with HR, IT, Facilities, and business leaders to support smooth start dates and successful integration.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail to maintain accurate records, schedule orientations, and monitor SLAs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years in onboarding, HR operations, or administrative coordination.
• Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding lifecycle from offer to integration for new hires.
• Manage onboarding documentation ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Schedule orientation sessions, trainings, and welcome meetings.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and leaders to meet start-date requirements.
• Monitor timelines and ensure activities meet SLAs.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires and answer onboarding questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Generate onboarding reports and track KPIs on experience and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and engagement.
• Ensure a consistent, professional onboarding experience for all hires.
